Platform Usage & Custom Agreements

Welcome to GPHOOD Tech Nigam Pvt. Ltd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to our corporate websites, custom developer portals, and ready-to-deploy white-label product frameworks.

1. Product Licensing

GPHOOD licenses software products (such as E-Lottery, MLM Suite, HRMS, and Biometrics systems) under custom master agreements. Standard product purchases grant clients a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to compile and run the source code on specified host servers. Unauthorized redistribution of source files is strictly prohibited.

2. Custom Engineering Milestones

Bespoke software developments are delivered in accordance with signed statements of work (SOWs) and milestone targets. Intellectual property ownership, deployment timelines, and payment structures are governed solely by those master agreements.

3. Liability Disclaimer

Our software platforms are engineered to meet strict compliance standards (such as RNG audits). However, it is the client's sole responsibility to procure the appropriate legal gaming, multi-level marketing, or biometric monitoring clearance licenses in their target operational jurisdictions. GPHOOD Tech Nigam Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for system usage in violation of regional regulatory acts.
